Helicopters have that sound you can feel in your chest and that was the target when we designed this Ford 347 stroker. We are also big supporters of our troops and the men and women that protect this country from evil, and that includes law enforcement. This performance small block is dedicated to them.

Direct replacement for the 302 or 289. You can install this in old-school vehicles that came factory with a carburetor like a 1968 Mustang or a 1975 Ford truck. If you have a modern vehicle 1980’s or newer, you will need to change to a carburetor or aftermarket fuel injection.

In essence, a 347 stroker is a Ford 302 engine that is “stroked” by installing a larger crankshaft (and other modifications inside the engine) to have the pistons travel up-and-down further creating more engine displacement (size) and more torque. But why is it such a hot item in the hot hodding world?

Here’s why hot rodders love the 347 stroker:

1.) Easy installation – It’s what customers prefer when building their hot rod because it’s based on a 302 or 289 block. You can use the same transmission, same motor mounts, same accessories. Easy as pie!

1.) Quality Parts: You’ll notice on our website in the “specs” section and “items included” section there’s no missing information. We list not only, but more importantly every name brand part we use. Other engine companies very well known such as Blueprint, ATK, and many more (just go to Google and start searching) EVERY ONE of them is missing data. Under “Camshaft” they will list the spec but there’s no brand? “Intake Manifold” will same “aluminum”. Not acceptable here. The customer needs to know what he’s getting. We don’t play the price war here, we sell what is proven, what is going to last, and what works. You’ll see a name brand like Holley, Edelbrock, Trick-Flow, COMP Cams. That’s what you are paying for. QUALITY.

2.) Quality Control: The quality control in our facility is best in the business. Everything gets triple-checked and tested. From blueprinting and balancing to coating the balancers so they don’t rust, there is so much detail that goes into every engine and that’s why our warranties are so big!

3.) Service: The service aspect is important because the guys that answer the phones here aren’t your $15/hr Autozone personalities. These are guys with lots of hands-on experience and training with engines. Our lead salesman is an ASE certified mechanic and an engine builder, I think that alone says enough. So our guys will know exactly what modifications need to be made to your engine to ensure you have an easy installation. He will make sure you have the right oil pan, the right serpentine, the right flywheel, the right intake, and much more.
